Your right to cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at hello@drawntothedarkco.co.uk before returning your item.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return conditions

Returned items must:

Be unworn and unused.
Be in their original condition.
Include proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@drawntothedarkco.co.uk with photographs of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
